FÓNICO

What distinguishes this place, besides its culinary proposal, is an integral experience where service, design and atmosphere invite you to discover it. That, added to its mixology full of creativity with fruity flavors and distillates. Try El Brujo made with Chivas 13, chamomile, turmeric, ginger, cooked agave syrup, lemon and Mexican herbal foam.

MAURO BAR

An intimate and stylish bar that pays homage to the grandfather of brothers Ricardo and Yyao Nava. It offers appetizers and classic European and Italian cocktails. Not to be missed is the Negroni 1929 with gin, vermouth rosso, Campari, cocoa nibs and strawberry.

THE MIDNIGHT MONKEY

This exclusive speakeasy is inspired by the prohibition era of the 20s and 30s. Upon entering, you are immersed in an atmosphere of elegance and mystery, with Art Deco décor and jazz music. Order their Mycelium with shiitake mushroom, pulque and soursop.

LESS IS MORE

Their proposal is based on the concept of “less is more”, applying mathematical and scientific principles to create drinks that go beyond traditional mixology. The menu is divided into two complementary areas: Less, minimalist cocktails and More, advanced cocktails. Try both spaces and order the 4 Berry with red fruits and a touch of acid.

BAR CARMIN

A cocktail bar in Coyoacán that fuses signature cocktails with an atmosphere inspired by Italian horror films. Order their Clover Club with gin, raspberry and egg white or the Manzanilla with mezcal, gin, manzanilla and lemon.
