A New Way to Discover Tequila in the beach

Few destinations offer the opportunity to discover their identity through food quite like Mexico. Whether you're vacationing in the Riviera Maya, Cancún, or anywhere else in the country, that experience takes on a new dimension with Casa Dragones, which this summer brings its Summer of Blanco concept to its culinary offerings.

The initiative is rooted in a simple idea: summer is an invitation to linger over meals, gather around the table, and enjoy unhurried moments together. With that spirit in mind, Casa Dragones presents Summer of Blanco, a concept that brings together gastronomy, design, and contemporary culture around one of Mexico’s most iconic spirits.

For international travelers, the experience takes on a special meaning. Whether relaxing on the beach or immersed in the jungle, surrounded by canals, mangroves, or the Caribbean Sea, each setting becomes the perfect backdrop to discover Casa Dragones Blanco and enjoy it in their favorite cocktail.

At the heart of the collaboration is Casa Dragones Blanco, crafted in small batches from 100% Blue Agave. Its fresh profile and bright citrus notes make it equally suited to being enjoyed neat, over ice, or as the foundation for contemporary cocktails, pairing naturally with seafood, fresh fish, and both Mexican and international cuisine.

The house recommends its signature Perfect Serve: served neat over a solid 5 x 5 cm ice cube and finished with a twist of grapefruit or orange. The preparation is designed to highlight the tequila's purity, balance, and crisp character without introducing additional flavors.

As part of Summer of Blanco, Casa Dragones also unveils a collaboration with Mexican fashion designer Lorena Saravia. The limited edition of just 40 T-shirts features a single word—CALORÓN—a distinctly Mexican expression that captures the intensity of summer heat. More than a fashion collaboration, the project reflects a shared appreciation for contemporary design and Mexican craftsmanship.

Summer of Blanco transforms any lunch or dinner into an opportunity to experience a different side of Mexican culture. Beyond the Caribbean landscape, the concept invites guests to discover how tequila, when served with precision and paired with exceptional cuisine, can become one of the most memorable highlights of their journey.
